Vision Beyond Excellence
Our "Vision Beyond Excellence" motto was established to educate, encourage and motivate all Pyrotec employees to provide excellence to our customers through continual striving to better themselves and to improve productivity.
History
Pyrotec was established in 1961 as Label Processes and sold self-adhesive roll label material, hot stamping foil and inplant label printing machinery. Mr Joseph Beattie Senior bought the company in 1965.
In 1966 Tower Label Company was formed to make use of the materials and machinery from Label Processes, and specialised in the production of high quality cosmetic and toiletry labels. Label Processes and Tower Label Company merged in 1982 and was called Synchron Markings (with Tower becoming a brand of stationery labels).
In 1989 the company was split into two separate companies – the Label division becoming known as Pyrotec (the leading innovative producer of quality labels). Pyrotec is now made up of four main divisions: Labels, Machinery, Product Security Solutions and Tower.
